Cancellation Policy
Our Commitment
At Truckload TampaBay, we strive to provide reliable, professional, and flexible service for every client. Because our scheduling, warehouse space, crews, and trucks are reserved specifically for your project, we ask that all cancellations and rescheduling requests follow the policy below.
Delivery & Installation Appointments

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service total.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

If our team arrives and cannot complete the delivery due to restricted access, missing customer availability, unpaid balances, or unsafe conditions, additional trip or rescheduling fees may apply.
Warehouse Receiving & Storage

Clients are responsible for coordinating shipment timing with vendors and notifying Truckload TampaBay of incoming deliveries when possible.

Storage fees continue to accrue until all items are picked up or delivered.

Items remaining in storage beyond agreed timelines may incur additional storage fees.

Truckload TampaBay reserves the right to refuse damaged, unsafe, or improperly packaged items upon arrival.

For large-scale designer installations, project scheduling often requires reserving crew members, warehouse staging space, and delivery windows in advance.

Cancellations or major project changes within 72 hours of installation may result in labor or scheduling fees.

Any outsourced services, specialty equipment rentals, or third-party coordination costs already incurred will remain the responsibility of the client.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Clients may request to reschedule based on availability.

We will do our best to accommodate preferred dates; however, availability is not guaranteed during peak scheduling periods.
Damages & Claims

Clients should inspect items upon delivery and notify our team immediately of any concerns.

Claims related to transportation or handling must be reported within 24 hours of delivery completion.

Truckload TampaBay is not responsible for manufacturer defects, hidden damage inside sealed packaging, or pre-existing issues not caused during handling.
